Go wireless and print from any room in your house or office.
Cables are a thing of the past. A wireless printer allows for freedom and flexibility, but setting one up can often feel like a puzzle. Whether you're using a newer HP OfficeJet or a classic Canon Pixma, the principles of wireless setup are generally the same.
The easiest way. Press the WPS button on your router, then the wireless button on your printer. They will "shake hands" and connect automatically.
Navigate to "Network Settings" or "Wireless Setup Wizard" on your printer's LCD screen. Select your network name (SSID) and enter your password.
Connect the printer temporarily via USB to your PC. Run the setup software, which will transfer your Wi-Fi credentials to the printer before you disconnect the cable.
Wireless authentication errors can be tricky. Let our remote experts handle the configuration for you.
